A brand identity for a Strategic Independent Property Adviser within the Industrial and Logistics Sector

Location is at the heart of everything WIRE.London, this route endeavours to convey this. Wire is trustworthy and loyal, pioneering and progressive, they have a nod to contemporary with their sharp clean lines, with a subtle hint of sophistication without the pretentiousness. This helps reinforce the brand’s honesty, they feel recognisable, established, distinctly British with a subtle twist of V&A.

Project Overview —

WIRE is an abbreviation of Will Ikin and Real Estate, the sole nature of the business is securing industrial premises in prime locations. We added a map pin marker to part of the W icon. This is a subtle but highly impactful and effective way of emphasising the key integrity of the work and the importance of location to WIRE.

The Solution —

Wire’s understated colour palette was influenced by Aston Martin’s new DB11, sophisticated, perfectly designed and distinctly British.
